Looking back over 2013 –the housing market wasn’t “recovering”– prices were rising from the perfect storm of tight credit, sentiment that things were getting better, surviving the fiscal cliff and threat of rising mortgage rates. The market was rebounding off a low point that had nothing to do with fundamentals. I still think we will see some improvement over the next several years but it will be nominal until the economy shows real improvement i.e. jobs, income and credit.
Bonnie hails from Denver, Colorado. She went to school in Pittsburgh for 3 years, majoring in event management, technical theater design, and marketing. She finished out her degree in Denver at MSU. At the gallery, she deals with events, space rental, and teaches a paint and sip on the third Friday of every month. Outside of the gallery, you can find her most weekends selling her own art at various conventions and fairs across the state and hanging out with her husband A.J., and their cats Luna and Pumpkin.
